Q1: What information is needed to apply for a sensitive refund
A1: You only need to send your refund request and photos of the affected area within 30 days of receiving the goods to [email address]. hello@lemoi-peau.comWe will initiate the refund process immediately upon confirmation.
Q2: How long does it take for the refund to be completed
A2: After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days and return the amount to your original payment method (such as credit card, electronic payment, etc.). We will send you a confirmation notification upon completion.
Q3: Who will bear the return shipping costs
A3: Le Moi-Peau will cover the return shipping costs in full. You only need to pack the remaining products properly and send them back.
Q4: If I simply don’t like the taste, can I return it
A4: The "Money-Back Guarantee for Sensitive Skin" only applies to skin discomfort or allergic reactions caused by the product. This guarantee does not apply to subjective preferences (such as fragrance or texture).
