Le Moi-Peau Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Area

• We mainly ship to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• If you wish to have it shipped to other regions, please contact us. hello@lemoi-peau.com Contact us to assess local import requirements and shipping costs.

2. Delivery method

• Customers in Hong Kong and Macau can choose to pick up their packages via SF Express through smart lockers, convenience stores, SF Express stations, or direct delivery to their addresses.
• Taiwanese customers can choose to pick up their goods via SF Express's home delivery service or convenience store.

3. Delivery time

• We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after you complete your online order. Delivery will take approximately 2-5 days after shipment.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping costs

• Orders with a net value of HK$700 or more will receive free shipping.
• For orders under HK$700, you will need to pay the relevant shipping fees upon pickup. Please refer to the relevant logistics company's information for detailed fees.
• International orders over HK$1,000 will receive free shipping.

5. Change address

• If you need to change your address or phone number, please contact us promptly. Any additional costs incurred as a result will be borne by the buyer.
• If you are unable to receive the goods due to personal reasons, please contact the shipping company directly to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may be cancelled, and Le Moi-Peau will not provide a refund or reshipment.
