FAQ
1|Can acid be used on sensitive skin Is this bottle suitable
This product is designed with the goal of being a "gentle acid that even sensitive skin can use." It uses milder acids such as lactobionic acid for multi-layered renewal, along with a microbiome and soothing structure to reduce irritation. For first-time use, it is recommended to use it every other day, apply a thin layer, and observe the reaction.
2|How often should I use it
Oily/acne-prone skin can start with 2–3 times a week; sensitive or dry skin is recommended to 1–2 times a week. Reduce the amount/frequency when you feel dryness or irritation, and gradually build up tolerance.
3|Do I need to use a cotton pad Will it become more sensitive the more I rub it
Not necessarily. For deep cleansing, you can gently wipe with a cotton pad, but please use a light wiping motion. For sensitive skin, it is recommended to pat it on with your hands, as this will be gentler and more stable.
4|Can it be used every day
It is not recommended to use it every day from the beginning. It is more important to use it at a "low frequency and accumulate steadily" first; after your skin condition stabilizes, you can adjust the dosage according to the oiliness and acne status, and gradually build up tolerance until you can use it every day.
5|Can it be used during the day Need sun protection
It can be used during the day, but if you are doing any skin-renewing skincare, you must use sunscreen during the day to keep your skin condition stable.
6|Is it too irritating for acne-prone and sensitive skin
No, its purpose is gentle renewal and microecological balance, not a strong exfoliating agent. If you are currently experiencing a severe breakout with redness, swelling, and inflammation, it is recommended to avoid using it on broken skin, or wait until your condition stabilizes before resuming regular use.
7|How can it be used on the scalp
Pour directly onto dry scalp, massage for 1-2 minutes, then rinse and shampoo as usual. Especially suitable for purifying oily, dandruff-prone, and itchy scalp.
8|What should I do if I have lavender essential oil, have favismia or are allergic to lavender
These two groups should use this product with caution; it is recommended to avoid using it altogether.
