What skin types are Le Moi-Peau products suitable for?
With the collaborative support of professional chemists, Le Moi-Peau's products are suitable for all skin types. You can find the complete list of ingredients on each product page. If you have any concerns, it is recommended that you perform a patch test before use or share our ingredient list with your family doctor.
Are Le Moi-Peau products vegan? Are they tested on animals?
Currently, all of our products are vegan and have not been tested on animals.
Are all products from Le Moi-Peau free of fragrances?
All products from Le Moi-Peau are free from artificial fragrances. Most of the products are scented with aromatherapy-grade essential oils.
Does Le Moi-Peau's skincare products meet Clean Beauty standards?
Le Moi-Peau's products are meticulously formulated to meet the highest global standards. Our ingredient list complies with Clean Beauty standards set by third-party organizations, such as Sephora.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we mainly ship to Hong Kong and Macau, but we can also provide services to most international regions, depending on the situation.
What delivery options can I choose?
Le Moi-Peau offers a variety of options for customers in Hong Kong and Macau through SF Express, including smart locker pickup, convenience store pickup, SF station pickup, and direct delivery to your address. We are committed to ensuring that every customer can receive our products in the most convenient way possible.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We will ship your order within 1-2 business days after you complete your online order. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery will take approximately 2-5 days after shipping.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Orders with a net shopping amount of HKD 700 or more will enjoy free shipping. If your net shopping amount is less than HKD 700, you will need to pay the relevant shipping fees upon pickup. For detailed costs, please refer to the information from the relevant logistics company.
Do you offer international shipping?
If you wish to ship to other regions, please send an email to hello@lemoi-peau.com so that we can assist you in assessing local import requirements and related shipping costs, ensuring that you receive your goods smoothly and satisfactorily.
If I need to change my address, what should I do?
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change delivery details. If you need to change your address or phone number, please contact us in a timely manner. Please note that if there are additional costs incurred by the shipping provider as a result, they will be borne by the buyer. If you are unable to receive the goods for personal reasons, please contact the shipping company to make arrangements. If the package fails to be delivered multiple times, your order may be canceled, and Le Moi-Peau will not issue a refund or resend the goods.
If the product I received is defective or not functioning properly, what should I do?
At Le Moi-Peau, we have very high standards for the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning properly, we are willing to replace it with a new item. You need to submit a replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product; requests made after this period will not be accepted. All shipping costs incurred in this situation will be covered by us. If you need to exchange a product, please send an email with your order number to hello@lemoi-peau.com. Please note that our products do not have a return or refund service.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Le Moi-Peau ensures that your products reach you quickly, so our fulfillment center will promptly begin processing orders, and we are usually unable to adjust most orders. If you need to cancel/change an order, please send your order information to hello@lemoi-peau.com immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made after the order is confirmed. During periods of high order volume, we may not be able to cancel or modify orders.
